What you will do

• Provide comprehensive support across multiple design projects and strategic initiatives within the robotics division.
• Deliver high-quality industrial design outputs from initial concept development to final product launch.
• Conduct in-depth consumer and competitor research to guide design strategies and identify market gaps.
• Utilize sketching, CAD modeling, and prototyping to communicate design intent with clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure cohesive development.
• Review and critique prototypes and production samples to guarantee fidelity to design specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Deep expertise in design for manufacturing principles and production processes.
• Proficiency in hand/digital sketching, prototyping, and advanced CAD modeling software.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to travel for visits to prototype workshops, suppliers, and industry exhibitions.
