Senior Product Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the project team end-to-end for product innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and at targeted quality levels (up to 6–8 months after new product introduction launch).
• Own project outputs and documentation, reporting progress before launch and product performance after launch.
• Run regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned to improve delivery.
• Drive accountability and transparency within the functional project team.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the lifecycle management phase.

Requirements

• 7+ years in project management, including 5+ years in a PMO role managing complex, multi-functional projects.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
