What you will do

• Collect and assemble technical and topological requirements from customers.
• Provide structured feedback to regional leadership regarding necessary investments in Japan.
• Manage structural product issues and implement steps to strengthen service resilience.
• Maintain full accountability for technical customer satisfaction (CSAT) and craft improvement plans.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore and willing to travel for short trips across Asia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in international telecommunications or mobile network operations.
• Technical expertise in mobile data, specifically IPX, LTE, SMS, and signalling.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to navigate multicultural environments.
