What you will do

• Test and validate new telecommunications service developments.
• Deploy releases to production and validation environments.
• Automate testing, installation, and monitoring workflows.
• Respond to incidents and participate in an L3 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Debug software and service issues while performing proactive maintenance.
• Monitor service availability and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunication protocols such as SS7, LTE, and 5G.
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS environments.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and networking protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
• Must be able to work from the Madrid office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools like CI/CD, GitLab, Ansible, and containers.
• Experience with programming or scripting in Java or Python.
• Knowledge of IP, TCP, UDP, and HTTP protocols.
