What you will do

• Design and execute unconstrained adversarial assessments on applied AI systems including voice assistants and RAG services.
• Build AI-driven frameworks to scale red teaming and vulnerability discovery using LLMs and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate multi-agent workflows for complex risks like prompt injection and privilege escalation.
• Partner with engineering teams to co-design defenses and remediate identified security gaps.
• Threat model AI architectures and drive alignment on AI risk tolerance across product teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, or Penetration Testing.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on engineering proficiency with Python or Go.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Ability to communicate high-impact risks clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Contributions to the security or AI community via open-source tools or research.
• Practical experience with specialized AI red teaming tools like Garak or PyRIT.
