What you will do
- Design and execute unconstrained adversarial assessments on applied AI systems including voice assistants and RAG services.
- Build AI-driven frameworks to scale red teaming and vulnerability discovery using LLMs and anomaly detection.
- Evaluate multi-agent workflows for complex risks like prompt injection and privilege escalation.
- Partner with engineering teams to co-design defenses and remediate identified security gaps.
- Threat model AI architectures and drive alignment on AI risk tolerance across product teams.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, or Penetration Testing.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on engineering proficiency with Python or Go.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Ability to communicate high-impact risks clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Contributions to the security or AI community via open-source tools or research.
- Practical experience with specialized AI red teaming tools like Garak or PyRIT.
