What you will do
- Run investor relations operations end-to-end, including earnings press releases, investor presentations, speaker notes, earnings call support, IR website maintenance, and sell-side consensus/peer monitoring.
- Support the FP&A cycle, including reforecasting, budget preparation, and management reporting.
- Streamline data gathering and analysis and introduce automation to reduce manual effort and improve insights and accuracy across FP&A and IR workflows.
- Build and maintain financial models in collaboration with the FP&A & IR team and commercial stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business areas to deliver recurring and ad-hoc workstreams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a quantitative or finance-related role with a strong track record of analytical and numerical delivery.
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills and a strong appetite for working with data.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of AI tools and automation to enhance analytical workflows.
- Near-native German and fluency in English, with strong communication skills across organizational levels.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with rigorous attention to detail and highly organized working style.
