What you will do

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and delivery of key features across native iOS and Android apps.
• Collaborate with engineers to define architecture, share best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Influence the long-term technical direction and scaling strategy of mobile applications.
• Contribute to team processes, product decisions, and broader engineering strategy.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, ensuring clean, testable code and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in native mobile development (iOS or Android).
• Proven experience shipping production apps available in the App Store or Google Play.
• Strong focus on writing testable code with high test coverage.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Bitrise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Melbourne, Australia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with modern tools: AndroidX, Jetpack, Hilt, Coroutines, SwiftUI, Combine, or Async/Await.
