What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and scripting tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployment workflows.
• Ensure high availability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Implement security best practices including RBAC, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience or 5 years with professional certifications.
• Proven experience deploying and operating OpenShift and GitLab CI platforms.
• Proficiency with Ansible and infrastructure automation practices.
• Solid experience in Linux system administration within enterprise environments.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations principles.
• Experience with ArgoCD and monitoring stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with disaster recovery tooling.
