What you will do

• Provide first-level support for real-time low-latency trading platforms, including order processing and market structure guidance.
• Monitor production, disaster recovery, and certification systems to ensure platform health and perform daily system checks.
• Act as a liaison between global banks, buy-side firms, prime brokers, and internal technology teams.
• Execute real-time order routing changes, manage equity listing processes, and conduct trade reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using SQL for data mining and UNIX shell for log analysis.
• Participate in platform change testing and contribute to internal technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in a securities-related or technical support position.
• 3+ years of experience with UNIX Shell.
• 1+ year of experience with SQL and Agile development methodology.
• English: C1 fluency required for clear communication during time-sensitive trading scenarios.
• Must be based in Singapore with availability for early shift start times (5–6 AM SGT).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
• Familiarity with US equities, options, or futures markets.
