Senior Product Manager (Aviation)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; Reading, United Kingdom; Cluj-Napoca, Romania; or Letterkenny, Ireland. Hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, technical development, commercialization, and go-to-market messaging for Passenger Flow Mobile.
• Create and commercialize mobile passenger processing services that streamline travel and improve airport and airline efficiency.
• Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements and provide product expertise to business development teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor capabilities, and product positioning across the air transport industry.
• Manage technical roadmaps, documentation, capital and capex approvals, budgets, financial reporting, revenue forecasts, and portfolio plans.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, third-party partners, distributed teams, and complex airport and airline ecosystem dependencies.

Requirements

• Relevant career portfolio demonstrating senior product management proficiency.
• More than 8 years of Product Management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile ecosystems, including iOS, Android, release cycles, app-store limitations, SDKs, onboarding, and developer documentation.
• Familiarity with API-driven architectures, gateways, traffic management, REST design, authentication, and error handling.
• Experience with airport and airline systems, data flows, identity validation, backend integrations, and tokens.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance, including GDPR and biometric data.
• Expertise in analytics, KPI tracking, SLAs, reliability, operational support, and cloud/on-premise deployment models.
• Proficiency in security, access management, configuration-driven products, and biometric technology at scale.
• Proven sales or business development experience, with excellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
