What you will do

• Build and grow a high-performing engineering team from the ground up.
• Lead the technical evolution of the Localization Hub platform while maintaining continuous delivery.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, technical design, and code reviews during the team's early stages.
• Establish engineering standards, development processes, and delivery practices that scale.
• Partner with Product to translate business priorities into engineering execution.
• Drive the adoption of AI to improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and growing engineering teams.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineers.
• Experience designing and evolving production software architectures.
• Experience delivering internal platforms, developer tooling, or complex backend systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering quality.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) or DevEx products.
• Experience with localization platforms, CAT/TMS tools, or translation workflows.
• Experience in game development or LiveOps products.
• Experience building self-service internal products.
