What you will do

• Define and implement scalable automation strategies and practices aligned with the overall test strategy.
• Design and maintain Selenium WebDriver scripts and test plans to ensure early defect detection.
• Optimize automation frameworks and manage Selenium Grid for parallel execution and faster test cycles.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, and stakeholders to resolve defects and align testing with business goals.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers through code reviews and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Test Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Background in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or CodeceptJS.
• Exposure to mobile test automation using Appium.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Proficiency in using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and output quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance and accessibility testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• German language skills.
