What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans within an Agile sprint team.
• Develop and maintain E2E and integration test suites using automation frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Perform manual testing for new features and provide timely feedback on readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to embed quality and perform code reviews.
• Execute performance scripts and troubleshoot defects to ensure system reliability.
• Act as the voice of quality and the customer, ensuring all definition of done criteria are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable design.
• 3+ years of experience as an SDET developing automated frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (REST, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX).
• Experience testing AI integrations, specifically agentic AI or RAG models.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Dublin office.

Nice to have

• Experience developing test frameworks for mobile applications.
• Certifications such as ASQ CSQE or ISTQB Advanced Certified Tester.
