What you will do

• Provide professional-level technical support focusing on quick outage recovery and root cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Create timely and accurate event notifications and incident logs.
• Assist with systems administration, maintenance, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Contribute to the global knowledge database to ensure expertise sharing across international teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in an international 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration (Redhat, CentOS, Debian, Fedora) for production environments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to isolate system-related problems.
• Familiarity with the ITIL service management process.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with server and application monitoring tools such as Icinga or Datadog.
