What you will do

• Ensure information systems are configured according to DISA STIGs and DoD Cybersecurity Policy (DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01).
• Manage security for NEC-owned servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
• Perform internal and external vulnerability scanning on SIPRNET and NIPRNET networks utilizing DoD-approved solutions.
• Maintain and coordinate standards for RMF, Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA), and IAVM programs.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments to facilitate the implementation of countermeasures and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and defend information systems using AESS modules and security solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Security+ certification required (or equivalent such as GSEC).
• Experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and eMASS.
• Knowledge of COMSEC principles, methods, and the DoD EKMS program.
• Ability to obtain DoDM 8140.03 baseline certifications prior to contract start.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACAS and managing Active Directory user accounts.
• Knowledge of securing UNIX, Linux, and virtual servers.
• Experience with wireless monitoring and log collection/analysis tools.
• Ability to develop technical system design documentation.
