Infra Platform Engineer (Azure/AI): Designing and building a secure, scalable Azure-based platform to enable AI and agent-based solutions across the organization with an accent on infrastructure as code, governance, and cloud architecture. Focus on implementing Azure landing zones, automating compliant AI infrastructure, and optimizing platform reliability.

Location: Hybrid (Nijmegen, Leiden, Nacka Strand, Malmö). No relocation or work permit sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Azure landing zones and standardized environments for AI workloads.
  • Automate secure and compliant AI platform infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD integration.
  • Manage identity, access, and governance controls for AI and agent-based solutions.
  • Ensure platform reliability and scalability while driving continuous cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Enterprise Architecture, CISO, and Legal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
  • Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud platforms, preferably in Azure.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or Bicep).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and implementing enterprise governance and monitoring.
  • Must have existing work authorization for the target location; no sponsorship available.
