What you will do

• Formulate and execute monthly and semi-annual content strategies for hirify.global, Indodana Finance, and Indodana Fintech.
• Create brand-consistent and aspirational content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads.
• Ensure all published content strictly adheres to financial industry regulations.
• Lead internal team development and manage the performance of partner social media agencies.
• Coordinate talent selection for video production and support cross-entity marketing campaigns.
• Analyze organic growth and performance metrics to improve brand sentiment and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Communication.
• Proven track record in people management and agency management.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and features across major social platforms.
• Proficiency in social media analytics, including Engagement Rate, Reach, and Sentiment Analysis.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory boundaries in the financial sector (e.g., OJK/BI regulations).
• Exceptional communication and crisis management skills.

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or other heavily regulated financial industries.
