Location: Fully Remote (Cordoba, Buenos Aires, Argentina)

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Node.js/TypeScript microservices.
- Build and optimize AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS) for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Lead architecture discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and influence the technical roadmap.
- Own features end-to-end, from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Promote Clean Code, automated testing (unit/integration), and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and drive improvements in security and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Node.js and TypeScript development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Serverless Framework, SAM, or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data model design and query optimization.
- Proven track record in building and operating microservices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Native Spanish proficiency.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1).
Nice to have
- Background or interest in platform engineering, AI agents, or model orchestration tooling.
- Experience with EKS/Kubernetes and advanced IaC like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Skills in profiling, load testing, and cloud security practices.
- Open-source contributions or technical leadership in developer communities.
