What you will do

• Run pre-training, post-training, and deployment of models on large-scale GPU clusters.
• Generate and curate high-quality data to ensure model performance exceeds expectations.
• Develop internal tools and frameworks for data generation, training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement complex use cases using agents and RAG pipelines.
• Manage research projects and maintain communication with client research teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in PyTorch or JAX.
• Proficiency in writing clean, high-performance, and fault-tolerant Python code.
• Ability to work independently within large codebases.
• Track record of success in professional or academic research projects.

Nice to have

• PhD or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with agents, multi-modality, robotics, diffusion, or time-series.
• Contributions to large-scale open-source or industrial codebases.
• Publications in top academic journals or conferences.
