What you will do

• Run pre-training, post-training, and deployment of SOTA models on clusters with thousands of GPUs.
• Generate and curate training data and perform evaluations to ensure model performance exceeds expectations.
• Develop tools and frameworks to facilitate data generation, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI solutions using agents and RAG pipelines.
• Manage research projects and communications with client research teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Expert proficiency with PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to write clean, high-performance, and fault-tolerant Python code.
• Proven track record of success through professional projects, personal work, or academia.
• Capability to work independently in a large codebase with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

• PhD or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Research experience in agents, multi-modality, robotics, diffusion, or time-series.
• Contributions to significant open-source projects or industry codebases.
• Publication history in top academic journals or conferences.
