What you will do

• Provide strategic and commercially pragmatic employment law advice for Philippines operations and broader APAC matters.
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, investigations, exits, and contingent workforce issues.
• Partner with People, Total Rewards, Finance, and business leaders to scale the workforce model.
• Develop and implement scalable employment frameworks, policies, and guidance.
• Manage employment disputes, claims, and regulatory inquiries, including external counsel management.
• Deliver practical training to People teams and leaders to improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the Philippines.
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience specialising in employment law.
• Strong, current knowledge of Philippine employment law and employee relations frameworks.
• Experience working in a tech company, high-growth organisation, or multinational environment.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in plain, actionable language.
