What you will do

  • Lead development and execution of Korea B2B marketing plans aligned with global priorities and GTM objectives.
  • Drive full-funnel B2B programs across local customer events, field marketing, content, and partner marketing.
  • Collaborate with Korea GTM, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to support enterprise adoption and pipeline growth.
  • Translate global B2B narratives and launches into locally effective Korea-relevant campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Establish marketing operating rhythms, including agency management, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
  • Act as the voice of the Korean market to inform regional and global strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years specifically in B2B marketing within tech or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of executing B2B programs for enterprise or partner-led GTM motions in Korea.
  • Deep understanding of Korea enterprise buying dynamics, regulations, and executive relationships.
  • Native Korean and business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations collaborating with Sales, GTM, and Product Marketing.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI, developer, or highly technical products.
  • Familiarity with trust-sensitive enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience leading field marketing, customer events, or enterprise demand generation in Korea.
