What you will do

• Conduct pre-sales and qualification calls to identify client needs and technical challenges.
• Guide customers in deploying text completion APIs and fine-tuning models for specific use cases.
• Integrate APIs into front-end interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to design and develop new features based on customer feedback.
• Provide post-deployment support and conduct periodic reviews to maximize product potential.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a relevant scientific field.
• Proven experience in product implementation for AI or machine learning products.
• Proficiency in coding and familiarity with front-end integration processes.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to lead implementations to completion.
• Must be based in Seoul (Hybrid)
