What you will do

• Formulate product strategies to grow market share and implement new product propositions and strategic alliances.
• Monitor product mix, portfolio composition, and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead acquisition programs to drive product sales and increase market awareness.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance customer value propositions.
• Prepare and monitor business area budgets to identify and capitalize on performance improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop the team by setting objectives and providing performance feedback.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
