What you will do
- Manage and own the daily operations of the LMS/LXP platform, ensuring stability, performance, and data quality.
- Optimize user experience for HR, business stakeholders, content editors, and learners.
- Translate business and HR requirements into scalable technical solutions and oversee platform integrations (APIs, Microsoft Teams).
- Act as the main technical and functional owner, handling IT security, governance, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to align execution with the product roadmap.
- Communicate platform updates and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LMS and/or LXP platforms, preferably with Super Admin experience.
- Proven track record of implementing or rolling out IT systems within corporate environments.
- Strong technical affinity and understanding of system architecture and integrations.
- Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level).
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance processes.
- Practical experience using AI tools to optimize processes and platform solutions.
