What you will do
- Onboard customers onto products and APIs, providing guidance on prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Develop state-of-the-art GenAI applications across consumer and industrial use cases.
- Deploy production use cases with significant business impact across various industries.
- Collaborate with researchers and product engineers on complex projects and contribute to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning.
- Support pre-sales by providing technical guidance and explaining Mistral technologies to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and science teams to improve model capabilities based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- PhD or Master's degree in AI or Data Science.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical individual contributor (Data Scientist or Software Engineer) on AI-based products.
- Expertise in Fine Tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, or agentic use cases.
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with PyTorch.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Langchain and vector databases.
Nice to have
- Contributions to open-source projects in the LLM space.
- Experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
