What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET Core (6/8) and C#.
• Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven solutions utilizing Azure Service Bus.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high software quality.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers, while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
• English proficiency: B2/C1 (written and spoken) required.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience with Microservices and distributed systems patterns (Saga, Circuit Breaker, Idempotency, Inbox/Outbox).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI tools to optimize development workflows and research.
• Experience with Kubernetes, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
• Experience documenting technical decisions using Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
• Experience with Azure Storage services and Application Insights for monitoring.
