What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-scale software platforms using .NET and Azure.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality production code.
• Implement a test-first approach (ATDD/BDD) from business requirements through to code.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering improvements through knowledge sharing and hackathons.
• Participate in technical decision-making for vendor and technology selection.

Requirements

• Solid experience in C# .NET software development in an Agile environment.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software with containerization and AKS.
• Practical experience with IaC tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
• Deep familiarity with the Azure ecosystem, including Cosmos DB, SQL DB, and Service Bus.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, secure development (OWASP), and continuous delivery/deployment.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certification in Azure.
• Willingness to learn or experience with frontend technologies like Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
