What you will do

• Design and implement robust software solutions across various operating systems and platforms.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for efficient deployment, operation, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline internal processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into larger systems.
• Contribute to all stages of product delivery, including testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters and using containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience developing AI Agent orchestrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Salt.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and CI/CD pipelines.
