What you will do

• Concept and art direct integrated campaigns for Claude across digital, video, and print.
• Direct photo and video shoots, collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and animators to bring campaigns to life.
• Develop repeatable visual systems and creative frameworks that maintain brand consistency.
• Translate product capabilities and user experiences into engaging narratives and brand storytelling.
• Partner with brand and product marketing teams to turn audience insights into bold creative concepts.
• Ensure overall brand consistency and quality across all Claude touchpoints.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with a portfolio focused on campaign work, concept development, and execution.
• Proven experience directing professional shoots and managing external agency partners.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience building consumer-facing product brand campaigns.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco or New York offices at least 25% of the time.
