What you will do

  • Build AI agent workflows for outbound sales, covering lead qualification, outreach, and human-in-the-loop handoff.
  • Integrate data enrichment, lead scoring, and CRM workflows into a repeatable operating system.
  • Develop tools and automations using Python, SQL, and various APIs.
  • Analyze BigQuery and CRM data to define ICPs and monitor funnel performance.
  • Execute GTM experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Data teams to refine system behavior based on field feedback.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (specifically BigQuery).
  • Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or n8n.
  • Solid understanding of GTM mechanics, including ICP, segmentation, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to manage messy lead data, enrichment, and deduplication issues.
  • Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RevOps, growth engineering, or sales automation systems.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaign tools.
  • Experience integrating CRMs with AI-driven data pipelines.
  • Background in fintech, payments, or SMB sales markets.
  • Knowledge of AI guardrails and anti-hallucination mechanisms.
