Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week from the Tel Aviv office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI tools, agents, and AI-first practices to increase the volume of AI-generated code.
• Implement Agentic SDLC guidelines, including the development of POC frameworks and experimentation guidelines.
• Create scalable learning assets, workshops, and self-serve resources using AI tools.
• Maintain Confluence as the single source of truth for AI and engineering enablement documentation and playbooks.
• Coordinate the Engineering Forum, Engineering/Product Guilds, and AI community channels.
• Collaborate with Product-Technology leadership to define success metrics and iteratively improve programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end enablement programs (design, implementation, and rollout).
• Genuine AI fluency with daily use of AI tools and a passion for their impact on software development.
• Strong technical understanding to establish trust and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Proven ability to build functions from zero with a bias toward action.
• High proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
