What you will do
- Own product features end-to-end, from initial design concepts to writing production-ready frontend code.
- Replace static mockups with functional prototypes to validate ideas and de-risk product decisions.
- Drive design-led development by partnering with backend and core engineering teams.
- Evolve the design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across web and mobile.
- Act as a force multiplier by helping the design team ship in code and integrate AI tools into their workflows.
- Balance speed and craft to deliver polished, high-quality user experiences on tight timelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Proven hybrid experience owning both design and code implementation in production environments.
- Deep technical understanding of modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, Node, Vue).
- Strong product taste with a portfolio demonstrating live products you designed and built.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Builder mindset with the ability to define problems and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.

- Experience using AI tools to prototype, iterate, and accelerate development workflows.
