Salary: $112,000 - $182,500 per year

What you will do

• Act as a product SME, assisting customers with technical requirements, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customers maximize the value of the solutions.
• Translate technical knowledge into articles and guides to scale customer support.
• Drive ROI and value realization for clients through ongoing optimization of security infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a trusted advisor capacity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations or Engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with attack surface management or CNAPP.
