What you will do

• Manage the full KOL pipeline across Chinese (CN) and English (EN) markets.
• Source, negotiate, and manage deals with creators to drive activated users rather than just impressions.
• Build and scale a tiered creator network across multiple language platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns around product launches.
• Track and attribute all user activations back to their specific source.

Requirements

• Proven experience in KOL and community growth.
• Ability to operate effectively in both Chinese and English language markets.
• Strong negotiation skills focused on user acquisition.
• Must be located in the US (timezone/location).
