Location: Lisbon, Portugal (commute to the Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week)

Salary: €18,000–€23,000 gross base per year

What you will do

  • Address and resolve customer queries (chat, email, phone, and social media) in a correct and timely manner.
  • Mediator between sellers and buyers during disputes to find solutions that work for both parties.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure cases are handled end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to support service improvements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of direct experience in customer service or content moderation; live channels experience is highly valued.
  • Professional speaking and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to switch quickly between multiple customer channels (e.g., phone and email).
  • Available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Must commute to the Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week; flexible to work at least 2 weekends per month and on some public holidays.
