What you will do

• Craft efficient, performant, and secure client code.
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and project estimation.
• Gather and validate requirements while maintaining technical documentation.
• Execute development activities within Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to solve user pain points.
• Take ownership of projects from technical design through to successful launch.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong experience with multithreaded programming and network protocols.
• 3+ years of experience in a Linux environment.
• 2+ years of experience with containerized environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• English proficiency required

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in WinCC OA.
• 2+ years of experience in Python.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of SDLC, object-oriented programming, and unit testing.
