What you will do

• Take full technical ownership of strategic client accounts and manage all technical workstreams.
• Define and drive technical strategies for clients from pre-sales through implementation and post-go-live evolution.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineering, and Project Implementation teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Govern technical quality and compliance with platform best practices across all squads.
• Act as the primary technical advisor and face of the company for senior stakeholders and CIOs.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and provide hands-on support to unblock complex technical issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Proven track record in software and systems architecture for enterprise-grade delivery.
• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Angular, Kotlin, Cloud Deployments, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Observability, and SRE practices.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dubai.

Nice to have

• Relevant cloud certifications, such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
