What you will do

• Scale and deploy prediction models to improve commercial KPIs in collaboration with global analytics hubs.
• Maintain data pipelines and monitor model performance and stability across various markets.
• Enhance the test-and-learn platform and design in-market experiments for stakeholders.
• Optimize online promotion strategies, including calendar planning, execution logic, and personalization.
• Collaborate with the broader data science team to refine existing tools, methods, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with core data science libraries.
• Solid grasp of the full DS workflow: ETL, EDA, feature engineering, modeling, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques for classification and regression tasks.
• Familiarity with descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments or recommender systems.
• Exposure to Azure and scaling analytical solutions.
• Working with APIs to gather external data, ideally from social media platforms.
• General software engineering skills.
