What you will do

• Act as the technical lead for complex production issues, escalations, and critical incidents.
• Coordinate root cause analysis across Engineering, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, managing day-to-day tasks in Jira.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of performance incidents and service degradations using monitoring and observability tools.
• Ensure 24/7 support availability to manage and prevent system downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Application or Production Support for enterprise backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Proven ability to handle high-severity production incidents and isolate root causes via logs and metrics.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes development.
• Knowledge of RESTful services and relational databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, or Oracle).
• Experience with JMS, preferably ActiveMQ Artemis.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
