Msc Service Design Graduation Internship (Product Design)

TL;DR

Service Design Intern (Product Design): Designing and optimizing learning journeys for bankers to develop expertise and confidence with an accent on human-centered design and AI integration. Focus on translating research into strategic design directions and prototyping tools where human expertise and AI complement each other.

Location: Hybrid, Must be based in the Netherlands and enrolled in a Dutch University

What you will do

• Research current learning and development journeys of bankers across different seniority levels.
• Identify barriers, unmet needs, and opportunity areas within expertise building and role progression.
• Translate research insights into strategic design directions, concepts, or interventions.
• Design, prototype, and test tools and experience concepts where human expertise and AI complement each other.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver actionable insights and prototypes.

Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands and enrolled within a Dutch University.
• In the final phase of a Master's degree in Industrial Design, Design for Interaction, Innovative Design, or New Media Design.
• Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in service design methods: user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and prototyping.
• Proactive and self-driven approach to taking ownership of work.
