Supplier Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Process and verify supplier invoices from receipt to payment.
• Conduct supplier account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Manage supplier communications via shared mailbox, including triage, response, and escalation.
• Coordinate with internal Operations and Finance teams regarding settlement queries.
• Track and report on SLA adherence, accuracy, and backlog.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain master data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in supplier settlement or invoice operations.
• Strong skills in reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Fluent English proficiency for supplier-facing communication.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, specifically PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to perform in a high-throughput queue environment.
• Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or AP tools such as SAP, Xero, or Dynamics.
• Exposure to shared services or international operations.
