What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of internal events in online, offline, and hybrid formats.
• Design engaging employee experiences, including team-building, workshops, trips, and seasonal celebrations.
• Create and manage the full lifecycle of branded corporate merchandise, from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, and travel logistics with strict budget control.
• Manage the internal events calendar to align with company culture and business priorities.
• Oversee photo and video production to ensure content reflects brand standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management.
• Proven track record of delivering independent online and offline events.
• Experience in developing branded merchandise from scratch.
• Strong project management skills and a high aesthetic sense for brand experiences.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Experience in tech, iGaming, or high-growth startups is a strong plus.
