Salary: 2.400€ – 2.700€ net monthly

What you will do

• Lead the OT Security Operations function across offshore and onshore environments.
• Manage OT threat detection and incident response activities.
• Develop OT-specific security monitoring and response procedures.
• Oversee OT vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Coordinate with vessel operations, engineering teams, and external security partners.
• Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, specifically within OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, ICS, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Proven experience leading SOC or Cyber Defense teams.
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NIS2, NIST, and other industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within maritime, offshore, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
