What you will do

• Oversee daily order-to-cash operations to ensure alignment with established standards and turnaround times.
• Process enterprise customer orders and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email to resolve order processing issues.
• Maintain accurate contract records in Salesforce and update order tracking systems.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making and resolve stakeholder queries.
• Perform back-office functions to assist sales teams in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in order-to-cash, order fulfillment, or contract administration.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and other productivity platforms.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
