What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time stateful data pipelines using Flink and Kafka.
• Take ownership of the operational excellence and maturity of streaming pipelines.
• Own and manage complex cloud-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Manage data products and coordinate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Support and mentor other engineers while navigating complex domain dependencies.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to implementation and operation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps and Data/Software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Flink.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and architectural trade-offs.
• Extensive experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Proficiency in Python.
