What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for fundraisers, donors, and online-shop customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone, letter, email, and social media.
- Proactively reach out to fundraisers to offer support and encouragement.
- Record all interactions accurately in the supporter database.
- Protect the charity’s reputation and act as a champion for the ’s UK charity.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Salford
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or fundraising
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM data systems
- Previous experience in a charity or not-for-profit organization
- Experience handling difficult conversations with supporters
