What you will do

• Act as an internal consultant for the People Team to scope and design solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations, business processes, and reports.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize system potential.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations.
• Contribute to the culture and impact of the Enterprise Applications team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on functional Workday configuration experience, specifically in performance and compensation modules.
• Experience with technical integrations such as PECI, Core Connector, and SOAP web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to new technologies.
• Full English professional proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
