What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP SD/MM/TM processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality resolution of user inquiries.
• Analyze ticket root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurring incidents and defects.
• Lead small DPG projects, translating business requirements into pragmatic system enhancements and optimizations.
• Coordinate system upgrade tests and maintain accurate process documentation, including BPPs and manuals.
• Develop and deliver SAP training programs for Operations employees and advanced training for key users.
• Collaborate with IT departments and external consultants to escalate and resolve complex 3rd level support issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP Supply Chain roles, specifically focusing on SD, MM, and/or TM.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain business operations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP systems and experience as a key user.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ARIS.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Resilience and ability to deliver results under time pressure in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Business Objects and BI tools.
