What you will do
- Design and implement incentive management systems as closed-loop feedback control systems to optimize budget efficiency.
- Develop causal inference and uplift models (meta-learners) to target personalized offers.
- Research non-linear responses of marketplace participants to optimize user retention and lifetime value (LTV).
- Translate research models into production-grade code, modular frameworks, and monitoring systems.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to drive the algorithmic product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Applied Research.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, behavioral modeling, and causal inference.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and economics, including elasticity models and incentive response dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for working with large datasets.
- Experience with A/B testing, switchback experiments, and causal effects in networked systems.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience formulating budget allocation as linear, integer, or mixed-integer optimization problems.
- Proven ability to build propensity/response models and design targeted interventions.
